Note: For any vacancy announcements open from July 1, 2010 and beyond; applicants for Educational Officer positions must use the Personnel Forms 103 and 103X dated 12/09. The Education Officer Recruitment Office will not process any outdated application forms (dated prior to December 2009) for any vacancies open from July 1, 2010 and beyond.

Note to current Educational Officers in the State of Hawaii:

Application Form 103 may be used for both internal (BU 06, Article 11, A, 2) and external 12-month District/State Educational Officer vacancies.

12-month District and State Office Educational Officer vacancies are not filled from an applicant pool. Therefore, we kindly request the following:

Submit an application for a specific vacancy by the deadline posted
Complete the application, inclusive of the position title and position number
Submit official transcripts along with the application

Incomplete applications may not be considered.

External vacancy announcements for 12-month District and State Educational Officer positions may be found in the “JOB SECTION” of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser and Mid Week Publications.
