Please follow these steps to request and prepare the library data for your circulation computer...
- Check with your registrar to make sure he/she has updated the info you need, e.g. homeroom numbers, etc., and
has sent it via "Hawaii Export".
- Send Lotus Notes email to David Eguchi with the following information...
- Name of school
- School code ... only if you know it
- Grades... if you only want selected grades, such as only kindergarten, please say so
- Type of circulation computer, i.e. DOS, Windows, or Macintosh
- Name of the circulation program you are using, e.g. Winnebago or Follett Unison
- Program "version number" (if possible)... This will help us determine
whether the data needs to be sent to Mr. Morrison first.
Sample email 
Please send Library data for Aloha Elementary School (#149). Only kindergarteners, please. My circulation computer is a Macintosh computer and uses Follett Unison version 4.

- You should get a reply with your data file as an attachment, and brief instructions on how to save your data
onto a diskette.
- Use the following table to help you determine if you need any special preparation such as CVCP; and input your data.
